clock: copy each number on the face onto separate layer, deleted all numbers from the clock face. added numbers on different positions.
selected clock hands and spin blurred several times on separate layers, added different blending modes to these to get effect.
liquidised the whole clock.
Human: not much editing, selected from image, a bit on levels adjustments, copied onto separate layer, cleaned up edges and painted hair a little. Positioned into main image, blended in a bit.
BG: added several gradients onto BG. painted most of the dark "clouds" on several layers with different blur effect.
Added more gradients for clock and subject, added several color lookups with different blending modes.
