 this was one of those crazy 'coincidences' ..

i was hoping i could get a spiderweb with raindrops for this challenge like i photographed for the Delicate challenge .. thats me being very imaginative .. ;)

i was just about to walk out the gate on my search for spiderwebs ... but thought i'd just check for stink bugs on my lemonade and mandarin trees first .. i squirt the stink bugs with a mixture of detergent and water .. which apparently suffocates them ..

i feel a bit bad doing it .. but i want the fruit .. so its a 'bad' day for stink bugs if i see them ..

many are actually mating when i end their lives .. so i regard that as a plus as far as they are concerned .. because i've heard ppl say that's the way they'd like to go out ..

anyway .. this butterfly was on the mandarin tree .. i took a few shots then he/she flew to the jacaranda tree .. on my level which was very considerate ..

i just hope its geometric enough .. i wasnt totally sure ..
here's hoping .. :)
