 This beautiful boy was at a children’s birthday party with cakes, bouncy castles, fun and everything kids enjoys. He was however, confined with his mum indoors due to his condition. I spent time with the mum and we decided to take some photos while she was holding him, as due to spasms, could not stay unsupported. Made my best to capture and share this image in the best possible angle and light to share with his mum as I don’t think they had any photos of the two of them. Sharing the image on here is to put a happy smile on everyone and keep this, and many others kids with Down syndrome, in our positive thoughts.

I find that title very offputting.

I don't get the title but I am struck by the sweet delicacy of this picture
