Rich has said what i thought but may have had trouble putting into words ..
this is so awesome .. the black and white edit perfecto . !! ..
i really love everything about this ..
i feel you may have got marked down because of the blown out sky .. but that is one of the elements that really makes this pop .. loving the grain and the dust .. and the feeling of concentration on the mens faces .. :)

Fine study of these roof tilers as work. The effective white framing enhances the overall diagonal subject. It's simple amidst a certain amount of complexity. I especially admire how it's the dust thrown up by the tile cutter that conveys the backlighting. Another fun detail is how the hat worn by the man on the left echoes the pattern of the tiling. Strong documentary style.
Another personal favorite of the challenge.
