 Took a short walk around the house. We'd just had freezing rain on top of the snow from the other day. Things were starting to melt. Caught this little globe with a fairly wide angle lens ... cropped the heck out of it, but still kind of like it. :-) Was too lazy to go back in the house and grab a macro lens. Kind of wish I had. Next time perhaps.

Very pretty, and nice use of cool colors to impart your theme. There may be too much negative space at the bottom. Frame is a good choice. No vote, comment only

A border! Haven't seen many of those in a long time. And I don't have a strong opinion on them ;-) The image is an appropriately cold shade of blue and I like the DOF. I might have blurred some of the near background a little more; there appears to be some haloing there.
