Hmmm.... nice silhouette, but since I don't know the statue, I would have preferred to actually see it properly. I like the stark trees, but perhaps a more off-center composition would have looked better.

something unbalances this - I think it's the off-setting of the trees, and the centring of the silhouetted statue. Placing the light there is effective, but it's almost as if the eye expects the statue to be to the right of frame, and it isn't. Nice approach, though, all the same.

Good silohette. Compsoition needs to be off centre to really have an impact.

nice border, i think it works in this case. Althought you should bring out the colors a bit more thru saturation and maybe sharpness.
