 A few years ago I added several clumps of zebra grass to the garden. This year the seed head plumes are magnificent. This is a composite of 2 shots, both taken at night so that the white of the plumes stood out in contrast to the dark sky.

I experimented with processing and combining the two images ... In this version I made a hue adjustment to the first image to introduce some warmth then set the blend mode to "Divide" when adding the second image.
