Good dof and color and it meets the challenge. I like the background on the top, but find the wood-grainy bottom distracting from the image. That could be cropped out and you'd still have a nice photo.

LMAO..Might have had more visual appeal to the guys around here if it were a Line O' Breast. I crack myself up. Anyway, I think that the lighting here is a bit dark. It's hard to tell if the focus is soft, or if that's just the odd texture of these guys. Did you use flash? I would have used some bright overhead light with no flash. the background to the right is also a bit odd. Great idea for the challenge though, and definately 7 of the subject. ~Heather~

Great shot. Lighting could have been more even and maybe a different base to set them off nicely. BOL
BTW, did you make this set. I have an identical set that I made. Saw an original ain the Cleveland Musem of Art. The are Almost perfect replicas.

The flashlight did'nt do well here. You should have used a softer light source, to create some nice shadows. Good idea alternating brown and white heads.

flash fadeout not so attractive... try without flash, tripod, longer exposure.

i like the lines and tone of the image, but the color pallette is uninteresting to me - maybe a full b/w instead?
