 What would happen in biology if you mixed a red apple with a green apple or a lime with a lemon. In this still life, I hoped to draw the imagination of physically mixing these two together. I have an old scale that I often use in still life which was a nice contrast to the modern genetics of crossbreeding fruit.

Love your creativity here Susan :) From the thumb I thought they were baseballs but seeing what you did 'garnished' another 1 from me. And, until typing this I thought the stitches were sewn on not stapled.
