 Ohhhhm’gosh! I am so proud that my little blue bird did so well in this challenge. Minimal editing is NOT my thing… at all! In fact, this may be only the 2nd photo I’ve ever not edited.

I really just wanted to practice getting everything perfect in-camera because I’d gotten way too used to a mindset of “I can just fix it in Photoshop” as I hurriedly tried to accommodate people in sessions who get awkward if the shot isn’t taken in a split second, and are anxious to be done. It was a good exercise for me, and I am so happy that my photo was competitive and gets to be on the front page! THANK YOU!
