I used the FIll Flash tool in PS elements. That is what gave it the soft effect...thanks for the comments.

Thanks. It helps to know that it was at 200mm at 5.6.
Didn't you say you used fill flash? Doesn't that show up in the exif info? I don't have that type of camera so I don't know.
Anyway. It's very charming.

Interesting. Could you add your camera settings with the lens info.
I like it. The overexposed water drops adds a bit of magic to this. It's a little tilted to the left and I'd try to clone out that grate thing from behind the flute player, but that's just me. reminds me of "Peter Pan".
