This photo is difficult to give a high score, as it doesn't translate well as B/W - there's very little contrast, nor is it particularly well focused. You can tell that a flash was used though, as there is light on this side of the screen and that there's a much larger light source from behind the balcony/fence. It's also well composed as far as your concentration on keeping it level. Unfortunately, there's just nothing to grab your attention or keep your eyes busy, so it leaves the viewer uninterested.
