 Processed in Snapseed, mainly to adjust the contrast and perspective, which was very distorted because of the wide angle and upward tilt of the camera.

This theater has been under construction for more than a year, disrupting traffic in a major way. It impacted the smaller businesses when the sidewalks were closed. At one point, there was a collapse of some of the beams causing the street to be closed for days (and this is a major street here in Delray Beach). Now that the theater is open, it remains to be seen what impact that will have on traffic.

A night on the town with futuristic overtones -- the hulking, green-lit building and the sweeping beacons. These beacons seem ominous, but I like the expanse of sky and the overhead wires delicately highlighted by them. The structure dwarfs its neighbors like a battleship.

I live three blocks from here. I walk downtown to the restaurants and stores all the time.

This is gorgeous! I'm convinced all our former real estate clients are using their iPhones now to shoot their own listings. Oh well, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
