 One of my hobbies is collecting toys. It started out with toys I thought might be useful as subjects for photos but I rarely used them for that purpose. Perhaps it's time I did.

the blown out look works really well in this .. it separates the interesting bits from its surrounding .. or so i'm thinking .. the bnw is great too .. :)

Nothing was altered though deliberate over-exposure reduced its mouth from a round beak to a grimace. If you google Mowgwai you'll be able to see what the face really looks like.

Did you add the menace or was it already there? The high key style works very well, seeming a transition into a dream. The fur around the hard-edged plastic face makes for a confusing contrast, which is absorbing. I like that circuitry gizmo within a circle within a heart above the eyebrows. Unusual and compelling.

No PP. I'm working with the minimal rules so all I'm doing to my photos for this side challenge is resizing them.

Hypnotic stare indeed. It looks like it has it's own build in flash. Good thing you flashed it before it flashed you.

Hypnotic stair, probably scare the jeepers out me if I was a kid, works well overblown like this.
