I love this image. Fabulous pairing with the poem. The bright object separating the emotions, like a difficult pair of shoes. |

I'm trying to decide if this poem is about you or them. Another nice interpretation.
This would be an interesting challenge if Don agreed. Post one of Don's poems, his choice, from the book or not and we take a photograph inspired by the poem. |

Amazing capture -- a natural diptych -- there's no way those two women are together. They are functioning on two different planes. Perfect use of black and white. |

Strong image and felicitous match with the line from the poem. The gazes are complex, replete with reflecting sunglasses and an intervening mirror or something. The open door or, again, whatever introduces a mysterious note that brings the drama up a notch. Works well in b&w. I'm enjoying the depth of mood and emotion. |
