this series has the problem of one photo being too good, and that's this photo.
this reminds me of the first landscapes, which would have one or more people tucked into a corner to show the majesty of nature. They were Romantic paintings, capital R. This man is proudly part of what surrounds him. This man is the kind of man who built these surroundings. |

disorienting vantage point (at least initially).
Never heard of that Ricoh of yours, which creates a jagaresque with the click of a button. That is an amazing tool. |

i was so taken with your photo that i didn't notice it's title ..!! ..
I was imagining you had managed to get to the roof of a high building for this ..
what makes a great photographer is not only the creative eye .. imagination .. their uniqueness.. a passion .. but also the ability to fully immerse themselves in their craft.. and go places they otherwise wouldn't go .. take chances .. |
