Get off your rear end and take pictures,

Three queen palms on the street beside my house. There were some pretty good clouds and a good wind. I'm always fascinated by how the palm fronds sway in the wind. I got out a 10x neutral density filter and a 6x neutral density filter and combined them for a 90" exposure at f/22.

Love the long exposure. The trees look like feather dusters. Love the streaks in the sky too.

It looks like you are standing in the middle of a storm and shooting up at them.

Instant favorite. Such a refreshing image. With digital photography we tend to shoot with an edit in mind. This is your art but at the same time you stayed out of the way, letting the camera create the effect. They dance!

sometimes you need complex technique to produce a simply looking result.

p.s. motion blur illustrating a "Get Moving" theme?!
