Well, it's in focus. That's a start.
It's just too simple. It seems as though very little thought was put into it.

Nice entry. I would have rotated the image by a hair to level the horizon. Otherwise well exposed and focused.

Nice background...good contrast with flashy sign. Though not sure I like angle of sign.

simple enough for me. great colors. definitely gets the point of in-your-face authority across. good luck.

I love the colors. Nice brilliant red of the sign, then the muted burgandies of the branches and leaves with the backdrop of the snow and buildings. I like the intense focus on your subject with the softness of the background. I really want to straighten the sign, though. It should be ramrod straight to convey the immutable messge.
