A very attractive image with great subject and faded wall. Bumping up to 6

I wish this didn't have to rely on the title quite so much to blatently fit the challenge, it's a well-done picture otherwise. Little washed out in the bottom right, but it works.

this is an interesting shot. would have preferred the subject facing into the image rather than out of it. the colors are captivating. as far as the challenge goes, i think it is a stretch (and, unless this person has actual ties to the graffitti, you might also have found a more vibrant example).

Good, strong portrait... nice colors and background.

The graffitti is weak here ~ a flaming rotary engine rotor?
Still, I like this image, the expression, the very few colors.

Huh? Sorry, but what does that title mean? And, except for the word authority in the title, I can't see what this picture has to do with it.
I'd have put that guy either on the right side of the graffiti or made him turn around. He's facing the left side of the picture, the graffitti is in his back. The eye is led away from it!

Nice colors. Face is perhaps a shade too saturated. I like the composition overall.
