Oddly enough, I think that I'd have prefered a static sinc w/o running water. The water gives motion to an otherwise nice still life. That said, as I imagine the water stream not being there, it becomes out of ballance? I'm not sure which would have been the better course. Great idea.

Nice variety of contrasts in this image. It is too staged for my tastes. Anyone this neat would never leave the water running unattended. It just misses that something special. The framing creates a unwelcome tension in me which is incongruent with the subject matter. As individual elements, I really like the smokey cups and the white dental floss. Those images alone and apart could make an amazing photo.

Nice take on such a boring ritual. I like the angle used. One thing about the crop that bugs me is the top left corner, you can see the seperation of the wall and counter. It does nothing for the photo so why leave it? -6-
