4. Layer of Shadows/Highlights, Photo Filter Deep Blue, Auto Tone
5. Erase Portions of Layer and Adjust Opacity
6. Layer of Render Lighting from Below and Adjust Opacity
7. Additional Layers of Dodge/Burn, Adjust Opacity, Color Balance, Hue/Sat
8. Layer of History Erase to Tone Down Areas of Overexposed Hair
9. Resize, Sharpen, Save for Web

Additional Steps for Desat Version:
10. Layers of Replace Color and Sponge for Selective Sat/Desat
11. Levels, Photo Filter Sepia, History Erase
12. Dodge/Burn

Additional Steps for BW Version:
13. Multiple Hue/Sat/Desat, Curves, Contrast
14. Dodge/Burn
