Nice idea, the shot of the ducks head on lacks the impact it may have had from a side view.

Great picture, would be even greater if you could get the water away from the dull gray that it is. Anywho, great composition and use of lines.

Reflections are a big part of the appeal of this shot, and cropping the lead goose's is a problem here. Seems like a bit too tight on the top/bottom crop - needs a bit more breathing room. I would consider a vertical orientation for this shot.
