Nice macro, good composition, but the subject doesn't excite me that much. Lighting may be more interesting at different angles

great subject .....well suited in b/w however reflections do spoil an otherwise excellent image ..one of my favourites.

Okay, except for the extreme glare on the top of his head. Perhaps it's a little too tightly cropped?
