Yes, now that is a view the world can enjoy. Pity about the tail.

Is it my eyes, or does this cat not have a tail?

I like the cats eyes and pose but not the beast in the background!

This is extraordinarily creepy, the cat looks like its staring at me, personally, its a neat effect.

i like the composition, looks a little blown out though and a bit of a 'red eye' issue

Im sorry, the butt and balls dont do it for me, and unfortunatly thats what Im looking at, the face is good, the other cat in the background wonderful, nice focus, nice contrast, and I know that its hard to capture animals right (they are so much more difficult to pose than people). But I still cant get away from the b's.

It might be a good idea to try to photograph something more original for the next DPC challenge. Keep trying!

Weird highlights in the eyes make it look mad. The composition doesn't have much interest for me. Too centered, distracting leaves on the left.

Too "straight-on" for my taste. I'm not all that interested in this cat's backside. I think a different angle would highlight the taillessness as well.

very contrasty, if this was a bromide print I'd drop it a couple of grades.I find that B/W and digital is far away from Silver halide photography.

I think this is a great photo. I just wish the cat's face had been more in focus, but know you had to work quickly!

Way too much light fill and over-exposure to boot ruining an otherwise great B&W composition I think. This coul dhave been a 7 imo. 4.
