Here's the original. It was processed in PSCC (radial blur added) and in Topaz ReStyle (for the color tone changes).

This was a last-minute (almost literally) idea: I set the phone-cam to shot a square format, held a kitchen colander up against the light, and snapped a couple frames. The rest was all post-processing. Conceived, pre-visualized, shot and processed in about 20 minutes a couple hours before deadline...
