 I found this one quite challenging, (as it's supposed to be)because the guidelines were very broad. I wasn't going to enter the photo as I don't think it's great, but I hate missing a challenge and time ran out so, hey ho.

Coloring is nice, the reds are good for mood. I just don't like the perspective you've found that much, as the head of the needle isn't all that interesting

This looks a bit oversharpened in my opinion, and the colour isnt all that appealing to me, but the DoF is effective. A boost to the contrast wouldnt do any harm either :)
