 Actually, he's a Jellyfish in the Disney Electric Parade. VERY basic edit - cropped just a bit, tried to tone down the upper highlights with no luck whatsoever.

thanks for the reply via PM! It looks like a device used to steadi a film or video camera when you go HH.
