 This was actually well past sunset on my last chance for anything when visiting for this vacation. Sunset turned out beautifully, but I was very quickly trying to set up because I got there late.

Personally spoken, this looks unnatural and is stripped of the beauty you wanted to portray but as I said, it is personal taste

Somebody should call the Sierra Club, alert them to all the wonderful photos in this challenge. It's truly amazing. What a beautiful planet we have to live on. Thanks for posting this shot.
