this image showed up about 2/3 through parsing and was striking enough that I stopped everything else to login and vote to make sure my 10 wouldn't be scrubbed.
I love shallow DoF imagery, this is well done in that regard, but it also is a beautiful portrait, it is exceptional in its use of shadows, and the focus on the right-eye is perfect, drawing the viewer in precisely where they should be.
This image makes me want to know More. More of who Mira is (or if it's geographically the place this was shot)?
why does this young lady look so forlorn, and at the same time hopeful?
This image deserves to be printed out and placed somewhere it can be seen by people.
The more I look at this, the more I love it.
