Ellie and I spent a wonderful day watching and photographing red squirrels both from a hide, and out in the open. These are a very shy breed, and have become increasingly rare in England. It was a very wet day, and dark in the woods - unfortunately, high shutter speeds were impossible, but despite that we both came away with photos we were very happy with, and more importantly, some great memories.
