 I don't have any people next door. This is a photo of the people next door. Null set. This challenge was designed to favor the suburbanites and urbanites. It discriminates against the rural members. But, what else is new?

The elk were doing well in this snowstorm. The snow was about 18" deep. They have long legs... and warm coats... and the ability to nose through the snow to reach the green grass of the meadow. This herd was at rest behind the Moraine Park Museum. These are mostly females and a few subadult males (spikes). The mature bulls hang out in a bachelor's group in Horseshoe Park. 04/17/16 1:04PM. Canon EOS 5DmkIII, Canon EF24-105mm f/4L IS USM, 1/800s@f/16, ISO 200, lens focal length 55mm.

Pretty limited narrow thinking here. Was there a restriction on the distance to the next door?

Hmmm... not going to vote on this one... because I'm not sure it fits a "the PEOPLE next door" challenge.

It's a gorgeous scene, though... and you've captured it well.

Do they go there every year? Or is this unusual? It's fascinating me.
