I'm no meteorologist but I would call this more overcast than fine ;)
Just the right amount of exposure to give movement and to keep the feeling of force. |

| Horizon could be straighter (see the water's edge)... and the processing is a bit strong for my taste... but... what a lovely capture! wonderful composition and perspective. |

| Seems a bit heavy on the local contrast. I would suggest masking that ouf the the water, so the water stays much smoother. |
