What I like: The composition is good as is the focus, the exposure is also very well done.

What I don't like: I would rather see this is complete black and white but your toning is okay. I don't really like the person posing in the lower right side of the frame, my eyes keep going back to that area. I would even consider cropping the entire bottom half out just to see how it looks.
