The special, flagged challenge rules require that you include and actual, physical frame in your image, in the capture. You have drawn a frame, a border, and that is not the same thing.

I don't see a frame in the image... I do see one around the image... but I don't that that meets the challenge description and special DQ rule.

What an odd looking fish... Is it like that in "real life"... bw in some spots and color in others?

I'd like to know what kind it is.
