The pin light blending mode does some interesting things when working with texture/overlays.

I used 2 textures, both my own. I'll get one uploaded to share.



After the texture work was finished, I converted to monotone via Silver Efex.

Unbelievable what can be created if you have the talent. This looks like a photo from an old book on the history of the town .. excellent.

I'll upload the other texture I used when I fire up the computer. It's when I used a second texture with the pin light blending layer that the sky cleared, as did that distant glass building...weird. Pin light is unpredictable for sure.

The grungy texture, along with the empty street, gives a post human air to this.
