Pretty major crop in LR. Bumped contrast quite a bit in LR. PS: Added layers of bokeh (innernet). Applied various filters but Screen seemed to work best - blurred and Masked to my liking - trying to create a little illusion that the foreground water was splashing / dream sorta thing.
Applied orton effect by duplicating main layer and adding blur / contrast - applied in 2 filtered layers (screen and overlay). Lots of dodge/burn to try to get heron to jump out a bit.
