sugarbear this is at the Crayola Factory in Easton, PA. The entire back entrance is painted like this. Here's a Google street view image. I love that they actually pixelated the faces of one crayon and one marker. Not all, just one each.

A fun image with vibrant colours. I know it's a minimal challenge but would have preferred the little bit of green window bottom right not to have been there.
