That costume shop looks like a really neat place to browse. My eye is drawn more to the worker on the right that is looking at the display in the window; his stance and direction looks like he is window shopping and might even be considering going in to search for a costume. I think that is where the strength of the image rests. In my opinion the left half does not do much for the composition aside from showing more of the costume displays in the window. The two men on the right side are having a discussion and are not focused at all on the shop - to me they distract from where you want us to see (costume shopping given the title). I think it would strengthen the composition to crop the picture to just show the man on the right standing in front of that one display window for he does look like is contemplating going in and shopping for a costume. |
