I scaled down 80% & rotated 20% on each layer, blending on Lighten, until the image got too tiny to be seen. About 10 times. Then I used the flattened image, copied it, & warped it, & blended it on Overlay. I nbetween I used Curves & Silver Efex Pro to bump up the contrast.

I'm watching AMC's FearFest this afternoon as I work, ALL of the Resident Evil movies. "D
