 I went to my son's wrecking yard on the off chance that I'd find some broken glass ;-) Luckily I was there as the sun started setting, and it was reflected in this shattered windscreen.

Crop
Duplicate layer
High pass, blend mode soft light, Flatten, Duplicate
Filter Forge vibrance
Erase the blue bits at about 50%
Paste in another version in which I used Topaz detail and a slight increase in yellow via hue/saturation,
Blend mode normal 50%
Flatten, duplicate
Sharpen edges
Blend mode darken, flatten
Image size, sfw.
