So, most people have been guessing this is a piece of jewellery; it's a fair guess (I guess) given the sampled texture.
Someone caught on that it's the same object I used for my rule of 1/3s entry, which is a silver-backed fruit bowl. the green/blue is the glass bowl itself, it just looks green to me most of the time, but when you get it in direct light, the blues and gold really just pop out, so I sat this down on the back patio at noon and took some shots.
