This image tells quite a story. It is set in the working part of the San Francisco docks, with the background showing a portion of the dry docks. The boat is in the colors of UC Berkeley (why is it on the SF side of the bay?). It holds a motley crew of all ages and expertise. How did they all come together?
Its a photograph that had to be taken. Those are the kind of images I like to capture.

, so I doubt it's Sea Scouts, but maybe it's an organization like them.
That's a typical Sea Scouts rowing craft, and you have quite a few of them with different organizations on SF Bay. Whether this one's affiliated with Cal or not I couldn't sy. Do you have another shot that shows better the graphic on the prow? Gave you an 8, BTW. We photographed youths trying to row a very similar boat unbder stern adult guidance at Kotor, Montenegro. They are universal :-)
Wonderful sense of scale and I love the disparate members of the team here from the older gent in the cap to the youngster with the bright orange hair.
