 This is the place where the Jackson 5 cut their teeth in the 60's. This sign is from the 80's "reunion" tour that never made it to Gary.

You should have gone closer... these sun lights and shades are real pleasant.

certainly gives the distinct impression of poverty rundown not recovering good image.
