| Since Moe was fired from Madd, Mercer, & Merst, he doesn't have much to do but read the newspaper, which he does cover to cover. And after two weeks, he sees a pattern, and after three weeks the pattern is confirmed. But who can he trust with this information, and who will be powerful enough to stop it? |

I love the way the blurred activity of the cabs and pedestrians offsets the subject. Very creative, colorful and well-designed. My favorite in this challenge.

| Simple but effective. I don't know why I keep looking at the policeman without a face and one missing arm. An 8 from me |
