The last in a series.
seg wrote in the bridges thread "All I know is that if I shoot 2 different bridges or 1 bridge in 2 different ways I've got an entry for 2 current challenges. Half the work twice the challenges! That's going to be my new motto."
So I tried one better. One setup for Landscape, Bridges and DejaVu. Different frames with the same settings as the sun set.
Joe's shot is much better with sublime light of a clear evening. The day I shot the wind was blowing and the clouds were moving all over the place. I wanted to get a longer exposure to be more like Joe's saturation, but the gusts were slapping around enough that a 30 second exposure was as long as it could go without messing up the lights in the buildings in the city. I shot a slightly different angle for more bridge than Joe did because I needed the setup to do triple duty.
Anyway it was a fun enough idea to get me to enter for the first time in months.

A beautifully composed image and each of the three entries are skillfully processed. I have not gone through the FS entries yet -- are you going for four ribbons in a row? Very nicely done, Brennan.

Nice work, you should take a screen shot of the way the front page looks right now. Who knows if this has ever been done before?

Brilliant Brennan and congratulations on the triple but a pity you missed out on all three ribbons.

Congratulations on the blue, Brennan. Gorgeous photo, as are the others from this outing. I wonder if it has ever happened before that triplets have ended up together on the front page. What a phenomenal result.

If this is who, I think it is, I'm wondering how many times you can milk the same image in one week!

Been seeing a lot of this view recently here. Without a doubt this is among the standouts. The combination of gradient sky, and lens flare, framing and composition... along with spot on sharpness throughout is terrific. I suspect you'll do well in this challenge.

Great bridge shot at night. (looks so familiar from the previous challenge but I'm not gonna look) bump

Torn a little on this one because I believe you essentially used the same shot from an hour before on the bridge channel. Both are nice, this is better, but I'm a bit put off by that. So I'm not voting, just chastising on this one, and my apologies if it's not the same person (which is the one reason I'm not voting).

Brennan - if you are not careful, you may end up having 3 of these on the front page!

spectacular clarity and punch. The composition and lines - heart-pounding. If anything, maybe a bit too much image on the bottom but certainly doesn't take away from the excellence. 9

I've decided not to vote on this challenge as so few people put the link to the original.

For me this is the best 'emulation' of the original and from the originals I've seen it's the only one that actually improved - that said this must be a ribbon winner ;)

I definitely like your recreation better. The star lights and the deeper field add a lot.
