Challenge: Selective Desaturation III (Advanced Editing VII)
Date: May 2, 2015
Date Uploaded: May 2, 2015

Found this old beater on the edge of a farm field. It's interesting to see how much of it is still in tact after all of these years. It's also interesting to see how nature is removing this eye-sore from view.

This was done well. Underrated, imo.

This is very nice. I like that the colors are subtle.

A difficult image to rate. At first it seems like a lot of work goes into this but maybe this was done by taking the green/red channel all the way down which causes that weird cyan color on the vehicle. If the vehicle was left in its original/rust color, this would have been a much better image.

The desat is done well and the story is definitely told in this shot. Despite the good camera work, with all the overgrowth, I fell the subject is not really isolated. I don't think there is anything you could have done to improve that except to get out the machete!
