Ok. I keep thinking this one is going to be boring. But it's fun to follow the lines and curves, and it does make me curious. It intrigues me more than I wanted it to. :)

You've created a beautiful composition. And a beautiful background. Though it's very realistic it can also absolutely work as an abstract, an artistic feat. Great, interesting homage.

Silk and feathers with complimentary colors; a beautiful combination.

The waves are mesmerizing. So much depth and movement against the frozen foreground. Even when looking at the bird's intricate feather pattern, the menace of that fall to the right pulls my concentration back to the water.

Holy smoke, that's terrific! I suspect you have figured out that I have a great romance with unexpected and unusual crops. This reminds me of a horse I once treated with similar savagery. What I love about this is that it causes the viewer to be instantly curious and to think unconventional, surprising thoughts. And those are the thoughts that I love. Thank you.

Totally interesting. I love how different aspects of the natural world have more similarities than we think, or that even make sense. This is probably a bird's neck but it can just as easily be some plant or mineral formation. Nice

The juxtaposition of smooth water and textured feather is very effective.

If only there were a tiny, red sailboat right in the curve of its neck.... :-)
