Hello from the critique club...
As you probably know, I am not a huge fan of abstracts. Wit that out of the way. I do like the black and white in this shot. I don't think that if you had done this in color that it would have near the impact.

My suggestion: A Fleeting Constant (so named for the action of movement seen is fleeting/will change in actual time while this visual capture itself is a moment forever frozen ln time that will remain static/constant).
