| really nice choice of subject and nice and clear. the only thing I dislike is the shadown behind the pen. |

| Somehow the lighting in this doesn't fit the mood of the time period you're trying to portray. Seems too modern. |

| I would like to have seen the DOF include the writing and the pen but nice composition. |

| background detracts from your well composed pen and book (I know you can't always get a different background -- still it's distracting - sorry) |
