Both surfers are the same guy. The one closest to the water is from another frame. Christmas Eve!

"You may not...combine captures of different scenes, move or change a feature between frames, or combine different captures to create a new scene."

On a nice evening when I'm so inclined to wander out with the camera, I'll drag the tripod to the beach. Poor thing is full of sand... Anyway, that's the only reason I had this option - camera was on tripod and I was just setting it down, waiting around for the sunset, and shooting random things. Got off three clicks of this gent as he headed in for the evening. By using the tripod, I kept the framing exactly the same, and the perspective. When I've tried to do something like this from handheld shots, it never works quite right.

Congratulations on a fine image, Deb. You've framed everything so well and the colors are stunning. ...and I agree about the use of a tripod. I take mine everywhere. (It has a lot of beach sand too.)

Same guy from two different captures? Nicely done though, well composed and positioned to get the little sun flare.

Just based on subject, this has to be a Deb entry :) Very cool, no matter whose

Same guy, multiple images? If so, I might have had him turned as if speaking to the other in the left image.
